Shipping and Delivery
We try our best to get orders completed and out the door as soon as possible. However, we refuse to rush orders and sacrifice our quality. Therefore, we hope our customers are understanding that some of your products might take a little longer to process. Shipping dates are highly dependent on current inventory supplies, size of your order, and what kind of items you are having us make.
Most of our orders are within the processing queue within 2-3 business days. Once in the queue, the average order processing time is about 5-10 business days.
Some orders may process sooner if they are small enough and inventory is immediately available.
Shipping is most often covered within your order unless a non-standard delivery service is requested. Orders will be shipped through USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, or other private delivery services.
Shipping will be processed with the vendor on the day your order is completed. Package pickup from the shipping vendor may take an extra business day depending on the time of day your order was completed. Orders processed for shipping on Friday after 2PM PST will be picked up the following Monday as long as it’s not a holiday.
Return shipping will be covered by the customer. If items being refunded or replaced, they will be shipped at no additional expense unless the defect was caused by the customer.
Since we work with a lot of local companies, local delivery service is an option that we offer. For large accounts placing large orders, the local delivery service will be free of charge. For smaller orders, local delivery can be offered for a small delivery fee.
For customers with a product fulfillment agreement with SykVinyls, orders will be placed in the queue along with all other orders and do not maintain a priority over priority orders ready for the queue.
Items can be fulfilled sooner if you arrange for inventory management and pre-order.
